PRIVACY NOTICE TRAINER OF TRAINER’S COURSE – THE FORB LEARNING PLATFORM PURPOSE OF PRIVACY NOTICE The FoRB Learning Platform uses your personal information for three reasons: A) To manage your application to and participation in the Trainer of Trainer’s course (ToT-course) and get in touch with you for upcoming courses should you not be accepted for the current one(s); B) To invite you to join the FORB Trainers Network once you’ve completed the ToT-course and; C) To add you to the FoRB Learning Platform’s mailing list. INFORMATION COLLECTED ABOUT YOU For the ToT-course: Your name, email address, country of residence, WhatsApp/mobile-number, name of organization and organization’s affiliation to the FoRB Learning Platform, gender, and religious/belief affiliation (if specified by you). For the FoRB Trainers Network: Your name, email address, country of residence, name of organization and role in organization. For the FoRB Learning Platform’s mailing list: Your name, email adress and name of organization. WHEN AND WITH WHOM WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION We save the personal information given by you via our webpage, specified under “Information collected about you” above. We save this information for internal use only and do not share the details with any third parties. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION We keep your personal information according to applicable law and for as long as needed to manage your application to and participation in the Trainer of Trainer’s course; to invite you to join the FoRB Trainer’s Network and to add you to the FoRB Learning Platform’s mailing list. We keep your information for a maximum of 5 years or until you request to either leave the FoRB Trainer’s Network or be taken off the mailing list.
