ဤသင္ယူျခင္းပလက္ေဖာင္း   အရင္းအျမစ္မ်ားတြင္ သင္ သင္ယူမည့္သင္ခန္းစာမ်ားသည္ အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ ဥပေဒမွ အတည္ျပဳအာမခံေသာ အခြင့္အေရးမ်ားျဖစ္သည္။ အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ ဥပေဒေအာက္တြင္ မည္သည့္ အစိုးရ၊ အဖြဲ႔အစည္း၊ ဘာသာေရး (သို႔) သက္၀င္ယံုၾကည္မႈအသိုင္းအ၀န္း (သို႔) ပုဂၢိဳလ္ကမွ ဤအခြင့္အေရးမ်ားကို လူမ်ားတို႔ ထံမွ လုယူ၍မရပါ။ သို႔ေသာ္ျငားလည္း၊ အခ်ိဳ႕ေသာ ႏိုင္ငံ/နယ္ေျမမ်ားတြင္ ဤအခြင့္အေရးကို အသံုးျပဳျခင္းသည္ တရားမ၀င္ျဖစ္ေနပါသည္ (သို႔) အႏၱရယ္ၾကီးေနပါသည္။ ဤအရင္းအျမစ္မ်ားကို အသံုးျပဳစဥ္တြင္၊ သင့္ႏိုင္ငံ၏ မည္သည့္ ဥပေဒမ်ားႏွင့္ သက္ဆိုင္ဆက္ႏြယ္ေနေၾကာင္းရွာေဖြရန္ ႏွင့္ အဆိုပါ ဥပေဒတို႔သည္ ႏိုင္ငံတကာ ဥပေဒတို႔ႏွင့္ မည့္သို႔ ဆက္ႏြယ္မႈရွိေနေၾကာင္း စဥ္းစာရန္ အေရးၾကီးပါသည္။ အျခားသူမ်ားကို သင္တန္းေပး ေ၀ငွရာတြင္၊ ေယဘုယ်အားျဖင့္ လူ႔အခြင့္အရး ႏွင့္ အထူးသျဖင့္ ဘာသာေရး (သို႔) သက္၀င္ယံုၾကည္မႈလြတ္လပ္ခြင့္ကို ေျပာဆိုျခင္းသည္ အႏၱရယ္ရွိႏိုင္ေၾကာင္းသတိရပါ။ သင့္လူထုႏွင့္ အေျခအေနကိုလိုက္ကာ ဤအရင္းအျမစ္မ်ားကို လိုအပ္သလို ျပင္ဆင္အသံုးျပဳပါ။ သင္ခန္းစာအေၾကာင္းအရာမ်ားအားလံုးတို႔ကို လိုအပ္သလို ျပင္ဆင္အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရန္ ရုပ္ရွင္အားလံုး၏ ဇတ္ညႊန္းမ်ားအားလံုးကိုလည္း ေပးထားပါသည္။

အေျခခံမိတ္ဆက္သင္ယူျခင္းအပိုင္းသည္ ရုပ္ရွင္ရုပ္သံတို (၈) ခုပါ၀င္ေသာ အပိုင္းတစ္ခုျဖစ္ျပီး၊ ဘာသာေရး (သို႔) သက္၀င္ယံုၾကည္မႈလြတ္လပ္ခြင့္တြင္ မည္သည္တို႔ပါ၀င္သည္ ႏွင့္ မည္သည့္အခ်ိန္တြင္ကန္႔သတ္ႏိုင္သည္ စသည္တို႔ကို နားလည္ေစရန္ ႏွင့္ ကမၻာ့ေဒသအသီးသီးတို႔၏ ဘာသာေရး (သို႔) သက္၀င္ယံုၾကည္မႈလြတ္လပ္ခြင့္ အေျခအေနတို႔ကို မိတ္ဆက္ေပးပါသည္။ ဤရုပ္ရွင္တို႔ကို တစ္ဦးခ်င္းကိုယ္ပိုင္ေလ့လာရန္အတြက္ျဖစ္ေစ၊ အစုအဖြဲ႕အလိုက္သင္တန္းေပးရန္ျဖစ္ေစအသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ျပီး၊ ၄င္းရုပ္ရွင္တြင္ပါ၀င္ေသာ ဇတ္ညႊန္းစာသားတို႔ကို သင္၏တင္ျပေဆြးေႏြးမည့္ အေၾကာင္းအရာမ်ားကို ျပဳစုရာတြင္ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ပါသည္။

အစိုးရမ်ား၊ ဘာသာေရးေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ား (သို႔) မိသားစု၀င္မ်ားကို သင္၏ ဘာသာေရး (သို႔) သက္၀င္ယံုၾကည္မႈဆိုင္ရာ ခံယူခြင့္၊ ကူးေျပာင္းခြင့္ ႏွင့္ စြန္႔လႊတ္ခြင့္အေပၚ ကန္႔သတ္ရန္ ခြင့္ျပဳထားပါသလား။ ႏိုင္ငံတကာလူ႔အခြင့္အေရးမွ မည္သို႔ ေဖာ္ျပသနည္း၊ လက္ေတြ႕တြင္ မည္သို႔ျဖစ္ပ်က္ေနသနည္း။

ဘာသာေရး (သို႔) သက္၀င္ယံုၾကည္မႈကို ေဖာ္ျပရန္ႏွင့္က်င့္သံုးရန္ နည္းလမ္းမ်ားစြာ ရွိပါသည္။ လူ႔အခြင့္အေရးသည္ မည္သည္တို႔ကို ကာကြယ္ေပးျပီး၊ မည္သည္တို႔ကို ကာကြယ္ေပးျခင္းမျပဳသနည္း။ ကမၻာတလႊားမွ က်င့္သံုးခြင့္ကို ခ်ိဳးေဖာက္ေသာ ဥပမာမ်ားကို ဤေနရာတြင္ ေလ့လာႏိုင္သည္။

အတင္းအဓမၼျပဳျခင္းဆိုသည္မွာ တစ္စံုတစ္ခုကို ေျပာဆိုရန္ (သို႔) ျပဳလုပ္ရန္ အႏိုင္ထက္ျပဳခံရျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ဘာသာေရး (သို႔) သက္၀င္ယံုၾကည္မႈဆိုင္ရာကိစၥရပ္မ်ားတြင္ အစိုးရ၏တာ၀န္ျဖစ္ေသာ အတင္းအဓမၼမျပဳရန္ႏွင့္ လူမႈအသိုင္းအ၀န္းအတြင္း အတင္းအဓမၼျပဳျခင္းမွ ကာကြယ္ေပးရန္တို႔ကို ဤရုပ္ရွင္မွေဖာ္ျပပါသည္။ အတင္းအဓမၼျပဳျခင္းသည္ မည္သို႔ေသာပံုစံမ်ားျဖစ္ႏိုင္ေၾကာင္းကို ကမၻာတလႊားမွ ဥပမာမ်ားျဖင့္ ပံုေဖာ္ထားပါသည္။
